well well, i'm not really quite sure who i should be cheering on. if the new guardians of moral values and democracy triumph, it's a great loss for equality and anti-discrimination. if the liberal and modernised paper wins, then i decry the worsening journalistic ideals of objectivity (which of course is unattainable, but still..)
what's worse? it sure is amusing when you see two conservative parties in each camp, accusing each other of bigotry and intolerance.
what's next, i wonder? perhaps, to draw the link between jihadist sleeper, and homosexuals? very soon we can use the ISA on these destablising forces in society, since they destroy family values, promote polygamy, voluntarily became homosexuals, were all victims of family abuse, thus rendering homosexuality a mental disease of sorts. i'm sure the slippery slope and the doomsday scenario is enough to scare people off support of these queers. how scary it is that liberals will usurp the civil society and promote such disturbing actions! imagine our children choosing their better half, of the same sex! goodness forbid!
ridiculous. it's a wonder how such hate speech can still be condoned today. just a few decades ago, blacks and asians were considered a lesser race. please, please, do grow up and see progress as we know it.
awesome mashup.
